On Sunday, May 20th, from 7am to 12pm, Tina Fanelli Moraccini and David Arcudi of The Mulwood Team Rodeo Realty will be hosting their Annual Mulwood Community Yard Sale.
This is a great opportunity for Mulwood residents to do some spring cleaning and sell the items they no longer need or use! Treasure seekers will be able to rummage through old items in the hopes of finding unique furniture, antiques, house-hold items, electronics, clothing and collectables!
The Mulwood Team will provide all the promotion and advertising of the neighborhood-wide event, neon directional signs, and sales stickers! They’ll even bring donuts!

Treasure seekers, come to the Greater Mulwood neighborhood of Calabasas and follow the signs to the yard sales on the following streets: Town Crier Road, Schuylkill Drive, De Kalb Drive, Bon Homme Road, and Carsamba Drive.
