Rodeo Realty Agent Verna Cornelius Sells Producer's Home To Jeremy Sisto

We are having an unusually busy real estate season this fall and that includes celebrity sales as well. As Trulia’s Luxe Living blog recently reported, actor Jeremy Sisto recently purchased a home in the Laurel Canyon area of Los Angeles from Hollywood producer Cassian Elwes. Rodeo Realty’s Verna Cornelius represented the seller in the transaction. The modern home is on a large lot with a separate guest house and studio as well as a pool and gardens. The home is in a celeb-friendly neighborhood that also includes Anna Faris and Chris Pratt. Sisto has had a long career in Hollywood playing complex and interesting characters and currently stars in the television show “Suburgatory.”

Rodeo Realty Agents Adrienne Kessler and Michael Bergin Sell Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Studio City Home

As the LA Times reported, actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who stars on the Miami mobster series “Magic City,” has sold his Mediterranean-style home in Studio City for $2.115 million. Adrienne Kessler and Michael Bergin were the listing agents. The five-bedroom home was built in 2008 and features wainscoting, beamed ceilings, wrought-iron stair railings and balconies. The family room opens into a tranquil backyard with a pool and outdoor fireplace. The home is completely private and has an extensive security system and sound system throughout. It sold for $2.115 million.

Rodeo Realty Agent Barbra Stover Sells Downtown Julie Brown's Marina Del Rey Home

Rodeo Realty agent Barbra Stover recently facilitated the sale of the Marina del Rey home of former MTV host Downtown Julie Brown. Brown and her Marina del Rey home were featured in an episode of Celebrity Wife Swap during the summer of 2012. The five-bedroom canal front home has views of Catalina, ocean, canal, mountains and city lights. The home is full of unique architectural details including vaulted ceilings and a dining room with an acrylic transparent floor. One of the best features is the enormous roof top area w/hot tub, built in BBQ & plenty of space for stargazing.

Omarion, best known as part of the R&B group B2K, has listed his Studio City home for lease with Rodeo Realty agent Tai Savet as reported by the realtor.com blog. The multi-level custom home was built in 2002 and has five bedrooms, hardwood floors, an elevator for three floors, and a huge master suite with a walk-in closet. The home also has two extra units on the lower level. Each has a private entrance and can be used as a recording studio or office. The home is not high in the hills but has views from the rooftop deck and yet is a short block from Coldwater and a quick drive into Hollywood. It is leasing for $6,750 per month.

Now it seems that he’s ready to make the move official, listing his house in Glendale for $1.799 million as reported by the LA Times. Of course he chose Rodeo Realty again, listing his home with agents Edward Dolce and Ken Marker. Rodeo Realty agents Adrienne Carolan and Debi Raveh helped Mark Mothersbaugh of Devo and his wife, Anita Greenspan pick up a multi-use building containing apartments and a gallery in Chinatown for $798,000. Rodeo Realty Agent Helps Star Trek Actor Sell Family Home

Rodeo Realty agent Gus Bolona was the listing agent of choice when it was time for Anton Yelchin, who plays Pavel Chekov in the popular rebooted Star Trek movie franchise, to sell his Tarzana home. The LA Times Hot Property section reported that the home, which was first listed in May, sold for $900,000.

The home was built in 1975 and features a stained-glass entry, a remodeled kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property also includes a swimming pool, spa, patio and lawn. Congratulations Gus, on another incredible sale!
