Rodeo Realty’s Peter Maurice and Tregg Rustad’s ultra-modern condominium featured in LA Times

Rodeo Realty's Beverly Hills agent Ron Wolotzky, marketing agent to one of the most expensive homes in Atlanta

One of the most expensive homes for sale in Atlanta, Georgia right now is being marketed by Rodeo Realty Bevelry Hills agent, Ron Wolotzky.

The Atlanta villa has a price tag of $18.8 million. The home was featured this month in The Wall Street Journal as one of Atlanta’s homes with southern comforts.

The megamansion has been catching the media’s attention since it went back on the market last year. Realtor.com, Curbed Atlanta and Redfin are also a few sites that have featured the listing.

“The house is being sold turn-key—everything you see comes with it,” tells Wolotzky to Realtor.com.

The driveway itself can hold more than 100 cars.

The elaborate estate is not only drawing attention for its unique décor, features, and price tag, but also for being featured in both movies and TV shows.

This week, the Los Angeles Times featured a home listed by Rodeo Realty’s Antony Arkel. His $12.995 million listing was one of this week’s ‘Home of the Day.’

The Traditional-style house was highlighted for its garden setting in Beverly Crest.

The 4,892-square-foot-home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Rooms look out onto a formal rose garden and manicured lawns with a path leading to the separate guesthouse and swimming pool.

LA Times reaches out to Rodeo Realty’s Carol Wolfe for expert insight on Encino

For the month of January, the Los Angeles Times decided to do a neighborhood spotlight on Encino.

For expert insight on the neighborhood, the LA Times reached out to Rodeo Realty’s #1 San Fernando Valley Realtor, Carol Wolfe.

The longtime Encino resident told the LA Times that new construction has attracted buyers to the area who might otherwise live in other parts of Los Angeles.

“We’ve been seeing a lot of tear-downs and new construction,” Wolfe told the LA Times. “New homes offer a lot of things that people want — a lot of bells and whistles.”

According to the article, for older homes or large-lot estates, potential home buyers will need to move quickly in the current marketplace.

“Families are competing with builders and developers, which makes it difficult,” Wolfe said. “The traditional buyer is being aced out by builders who waive inspections and have such strong offers.”

The neighborhood spotlight also talks about the history of Encino and how a mouthful of a name: El Valle de Santa Catalina de Bononia de los Encinos, is now referred to as San Fernando Valley, or simply the Valley.

Writer, Scott Garner, also talks about the neighborhood highlights and challenges.

“Whether you like hillside living or dwelling in the flats, Encino has great housing choices on either side of Ventura Boulevard,” said Garner.

“In November, based on 20 sales, the median price for single-family home sales in the 91316 Zip Code was $838,000, according to Core Logic,” said the LA Times. “That was a 18.9% increase in price over year.”

Rodeo Realty's Beverly Hills agent Roger Perry lists Mariska Hargitay's former Hollywood Hills home

A Hollywood Hills home once owned by Mariska Hargitay is on the market for $4,750,000. The private retreat is listed by Roger Perry of Rodeo Realty and is also for lease at $14,995 a month. The property was featured in Curbed LA and Mansion Global this week.

Hargitay, who plays Olivia Benson on the NBC drama series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, reportedly purchased the home with her husband Peter Hermann in 2006.

Rihanna's former Pacific Palisades home sold, four Rodeo Realty agents mentioned in LA Times

The Pacific Palisades home once occupied by singer-songwriter Rihanna has sold for $11,175,000. The property was featured in the LA Times for being one of the top sales that closed between November 27 – December 10. The home was listed by Rodeo Realty’s Ben Bacal, Jason Peteler, and David Ferrugio. Jordana Leigh, also of Rodeo Realty, represented the buyer.

The almost 11,000 square-foot estate has seven bedrooms, seven baths, two powder rooms, a luxurious kitchen, and a rooftop deck with a sprawling pool and flourishing views. The outdoors entertaining area also offers a 6,000 square-foot garden, and a barbeque and bar.

The luxurious mansion is behind a private, gated drive and boasts 14-foot ceilings, walls of glass and a master suite with a double-sided fireplace and a spa-like bath that overlooks the resort-style pool. The open floor plan encompasses a living and dining area, media and game rooms.

The singer, 28, moved into the home in 2012, but a relentless “Unapologetic” world tour kept her away from the place most of the time. She began renting out the home for $65,000 a month almost a year later. The home was eventually put on the market in March 2014.

Rodeo Realty's Sherman Oaks agent Adi Livyatan featured in Top Agent Magazine

Featured in Southern California’s edition of Top Agent Magazine is Rodeo Realty’s Sherman Oaks agent, Adi Livyatan.

The agent is not only featured in a six-page spread, but she’s also on the cover of the publication.

The magazine starts off by talking about how Adi began her career in real estate.

“My husband and I started flipping houses six years ago and in order to save us some money, I got my license.,” said Adi to Top Agent Magazine. “I quickly discovered that I loved it and was starting to get approached by people to list their homes. I knew I wanted to do this full time. It quickly became an addiction, I just fell in love with every aspect of the business.”

According to the magazine, in just six years, Adi has become the number one agent in the Rodeo Realty Sherman Oaks office. Her business has been growing so rapidly that she is looking to expand her team.

“I work very hard, I always pick up my phone and I’m always there to help,” said Adi. “I care tremendously about my clients. I would never tell them to buy a house I wouldn’t buy, and that’s why they have a lot of trust in me. It’s not about the money for me, I like to sleep at night and I can, knowing I always do the right thing for my clients.”
