Rodeo Realty Takes the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge with over 150 Participants, Owner, Syd Leibovitch, Donates Thousands to ALS Organization
Thank you to everyone who attended and took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge with Rodeo Realty.
Our events were a huge success!
Rodeo Realty held 3 events at our Encino, Brentwood, and Pacific Palisades. We had an incredible turnout with over 150 participants who took the challenge. Owner of Rodeo Realty, Syd Leibovtch, donated $50 per participant who took the challenge. We have some amazing footage of each participant taking the challenge and will all be featured on the Rodeo Realty Social Media and the MDA Fighting Muscle Disease as sponsors. The ALS Association is incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support from people all over the world. We thank you for participating in the Ice Bucket Challenge and for making donations to support our fight against this disease. We thank you for attending our community -wide event and for your participation and support in a cause that is dear to the Rodeo Realty family.
Owner of Rodeo Realty, Syd Leibovitch, donated $50 to ALS organization for each person who took the challenge. This fun-filled double weekend event was catered by local BBQ Los Angeles eatery, Britts BBQ, with live music. We had our videographer who filmed every ice bucket challenge participant and sent it to them share with their social media sphere and challenge their friends.
At Rodeo Realty, we believe in the importance of community involvement for an overall betterment of society. We take pride in building community relationships and encourage our agents to also be involved in the community. Rodeo Realty supports local charity’s, youth groups, schools, and shelters in hope of providing a better future to as many individuals as possible. Rodeo Realty Helped Sponsor 1,000 Meals For Hope Of The Valley Rescue Mission
Rodeo Realty agents were hard at work over the Thanksgiving holiday and they weren’t just selling houses (although there was plenty of that as well). Rodeo Realty helped Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission serve over 1,000 Thanksgiving Meals last week! Many of the agents in our Valley offices volunteered their time to help serve and prepare meals.
Agents from the Sunset Strip office were also busy on Thanksgiving, giving of their time and money so that young adults at the Youth Center on Highland could have the joy of a real Thanksgiving dinner.
This time of year can be tough for so many people, Rodeo Realty agents are happy to help out across the Southland with toy drives, clothing drives, donations, and volunteering–it’s all part of being involved in local communities.
Rodeo Realty Brentwood Serves Meals At OPCC
This time of year we give thanks for what we have and help those with less. It’s a tradition that has resonance for real estate agents who are at work every day in local communities. This week Rodeo Realty Brentwood donated money to feed needy families for a whole week at OPCC, a total of 3,750 meals! They served meals on Monday November 25. OPCC helps their clients rebuild their lives after foreclosure, illness, job loss, and other hardship.
Rodeo Realty Gives Back For The Holidays
This is the time of year where we all like to do a little more to support local communities. Rodeo Realty is involved in many philanthropic efforts throughout Southern California. Here are a few that our offices are participating in:
Rodeo Realty Brentwood Rodeo Realty will be donating money to feed needy families for a whole week through OPCC, a network of shelters and services for low-income and homeless youth, adults and families, battered women and their children and people living with mental illness.. That adds up to 3,750 meals! They will also be serving meals on Monday November 25.
Rodeo Realty Sunset Strip is hosting Thanksgiving Dinner for 40 kids on Thanksgiving Day at the Center’s PROGRAM FOR HOMELESS YOUTH in Hollywood.
Rodeo Realty Northridge supported the Hope Of The Valley Rescue Mission Thanksgiving Event and will also participate n the Hope Of The Valley Rescue Mission Clothing Drive.
Rodeo Realty Northridge supports the Hathaway Sycamores Adopt A Family Program–They have been assigned three families in need to provide Christmas gifts, meals, trees, etc.
On December 8 Rodeo Realty will participate in the Walk of Ages Los Angeles to benefit the Jewish Home For The Aged. Rodeo Realty is the sponsor for the 15th year.
Rodeo Realty supports the Connections for Children Holiday Angels Program. They are having a Toy Drive from now through December 16th.
