Rodeo Realty's Beverly Hills agent Bruce Walker sells home to ‘Property Brothers’ Drew Scott

Drew Scott, Canadian actor, realtor, and entrepreneur— best known as the co-host of the HGTV series ‘Property Brothers’ has purchased a home in the Hancock Park vicinity.

Bruce Walker of Rodeo Realty Beverly Hills had the listing, which made headlines in Variety, Curbed, Realtor.com, and many other sites.

According to Bruce, Drew plans to make this his home with his fiancé Linda Phan. Drew started making renovations to the home—which aired in the new series Property Brothers at Home: Drew’s Honeymoon House. The four-part series premiered in November.

Drew purchased the home for $2,300,000.
