Former NFL player Joselio Hanson, who played with San Francisco, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Raiders, has sold his Calabasas home. Rodeo Realty’s Calabasas agent, Aaron Scott, had the listing.
The six bedrooms, eight bathrooms home sold for $3.135 million and made headlines in the Los Angeles Times. Built in 1996, the Mediterranean-style home sits on more than an acre.
With nearly 6,200 sq. ft. of living space, the property comes with a large family room, a center-island kitchen, billiards room, and a home theater.
Each bedroom in the home comes with a private bathroom. The master suite features two large walk-in closets, a fireplace, and a balcony. Outside, you can find a basketball half-court, large putting green, an outdoor kitchen, and an infinity-edge swimming pool with a waterfall and slide.
