Rodeo Realty Buys Former Palisadian Post Building

palisadespostbuildingNo, we aren’t getting into the news business but Rodeo Realty is picking up a piece of news history. It was announced this week that Rodeo Realty closed escrow on the historic Palisadian-Post building at 839 Via de la Paz for $3 million.

Syd Leibovitch, owner of Rodeo Realty was quoted as saying:  “I’m always looking to expand and when the building came up for sale, I realized it’s the exact location I wanted.” He detailed plans for renovating the building including:  “a state-of-the-art facility with numerous private offices and really large private cubicles.”

This will be the 12th office for Rodeo Realty, which employs over 1,000 agents and is the largest single-owned real estate company in California.

The building, which was built in 1946, has always been home to a newspaper and was headquarters to the Pacific Palisades Post until last week.

Rodeo Realty Agent Ken Marker Helps "The Game" House Hunt

When it was time to do a little house hunting for a new family home, rapper “The Game” turned to Rodeo Realty agent Ken Marker. Marker was featured on a recent episode of the popular reality television program on VH1, “Marrying The Game,” showing “The Game” and Tiffney a new five-bedroom estate in Calabasas.

While the couple both enjoyed the home, especially the ample closet space and a sun-filled den that “The Game” saw had immediate potential as a man cave, they were unable to agree on whether it was time to move forward. Rodeo Realty Agent Helps Star Trek Actor Sell Family Home

la-fi-hotprop-anton-yelchin-20130904-001Rodeo Realty agent Gus Bolona was the listing agent of choice when it was time for Anton Yelchin, who plays Pavel Chekov in the popular rebooted Star Trek movie franchise, to sell his Tarzana home. The LA Times Hot Property section reported that the home, which was first listed in May, sold for $900,000.

The home was built in 1975 and features a stained-glass entry, a remodeled kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property also includes a swimming pool, spa, patio and lawn. Congratulations Gus, on another incredible sale!

Rodeo Realty Agent Tai Savet Fights Bullying In Local Schools

Rock Life has appointed Rodeo Realty Calabasas agent Tai Savet as an Ambassador for Strategic Community Partnerships in Calabasas.
