Rodeo Realty's Allyson Carter lists Tommy Lee's Calabasas estate

Rocker Tommy Lee is selling his Calabasas home for $5,995,000. Allyson Carter of Rodeo Realty is the listing agent.

Carter’s listing has attracted media attention once again. Her listing has been featured on several sites including Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, Architectural Digest, Yahoo News, The Real Deal Magazine and Los Angeles Times.

Rodeo Realty's Woodland Hills agent Dana Frank represents actor Allen Covert in home purchase

Actor, comedian and producer Allen Covert has purchased a Calabasas home for $2.17 million.

Dana Frank, Woodland Hills agent for Rodeo Realty, represented the buyer.

The two-story Traditional style home was formerly owned by Filipino entertainer Sharon Cuneta. The 6,600 sqft. property has six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a gym, a chef’s kitchen and a pool and spa with a waterfall feature.

This is not the first time Frank and Covert have crossed paths. According to Los Angeles Times, Frank was the listing agent for a Tarzana house Covert bought six years ago for $1.46 million.

Rodeo Realty Agents Tai Savet And Rebecca Epstein Help Kenny Clark Find His California Home

Clark, who played several seasons for the Minnesota Vikings has relocated to Los Angeles to start a career as a sports analyst and host. He was recently profiled in an interview which paid tribute to his determination and focus both on and off the field.

Calabasas Estate With J.Lo History Hits The Market

In October 2001, actor/pop singer, Jennifer Lopez (a.k.a. J.Lo), and dancer boyfriend, Cris Judd, exchanged wedding vows in a ceremony on a private estate located in Calabasas, Calif.
One report described the outdoor wedding as having a “heady aroma of 10,000 roses.” The New York Post reported the couple’s after-vow smooch supposedly wowed the crowd. “Everybody who saw them was enchanted,” said one guest.
The Lopez and Judd union didn’t last, but the sprawling estate where the celebrity wedding took place is alive, well and as beautiful as ever. And, it just hit the market for $8.85 million.
Located on Thousand Peaks Rd. in Calabasas, the French Chateau is situated on 10-acres of land, has a circular motor court, six bedrooms, library, family room , den, three ponds, flower gardens, orchards, and infinity pool overlooking the Santa Monica Mountains, to name a few of its attributes.
