Open Houses WORK !! if you work them! I met a couple at an open house on February 7th. I sent them to Sissy Lee at LA Mortgage she got them approved for $460k by February 12th.Thanks Sissy Lee! I showed this couple 3 houses and Today February 19th we opened escrow! I cannot tell you How happy these first time home buyers are or how happy I am that I worked that open house.
