Thank you so much Margie for all your diligence and professionalism during this process.Your shepherding Sarah through all the steps of this search and purchase was a huge comfort to Tim and I, being so far away from her. I am sure Sarah will be more than happy to recommend you to all her friends, as they all start looking to purchase property, and i would echo her sentiments that you have gone “above and beyond” in the entire process.
