Internationally acclaimed chef José Andrés’s new fine dining restaurant at the Conrad in Downtown L.A. ushers in its first Thanksgiving. San Laurel’s prix-fixe menu incorporates Spanish influences into a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Enjoy dishes like persimmons with creamy stracciatella cheese, Marcona almonds, and pomegranate seeds. Specializing in seasonal Californian cuisine, new head chef Damon Gordon is offering a traditional four-course Thanksgiving menu. Lastly, finish off with fig tart with local honey and yogurt sorbet in lieu of your usual pie, all for the ore-fixe price of $89 per person.

This upscale Culver City restaurant is offering a generous holiday spread complete with Etta’s signature “picnic” take on roast turkey and a champagne toast to kick off your meal. Start with roasted brussels sprouts, bubbling shrimp, and ragu pasta before the turkeys even roll out.
