I am writing to tell you about an event of outstanding, stellar performance by Mark Anthony of our Encore Escrow this weekend. I learned today that Mark met with our buyers at midnight this Saturday evening, in order to facilitate a timely close. Our clients were in LA briefly, then leaving the country, and this apparently was the only time they could sign loan docs. What thrills me even more is that no one involved me in what clearly must have been the drama surrounding making this happen.
This is rare service, and supremely appreciated.
